Custom Apparel Boxes with PVC Window

These boxes are used when you have to show your product to your customers in a retail setting. Windows can be added to most styles in our custom apparel packaging, from shirt boxes to sock packs. The use of PET material works perfectly for the window, but the thickness of the material would be anywhere between 0.1 millimetre to 0.3mm. Among their styles, we have top window tuck boxes that work best for shirts or socks to highlight the fabric pattern. Also, we have side wrap windows around the corner of the box that would give a perfect 3D view of the garment folded inside. You can make different window shapes to align with the brand, depending on your requirements.

Q: Should apparel box windows use PVC or PET?

PVC windows are still available, but we recommend PET for most apparel: it is clearer, stiffer, scratch-resistant and more widely recyclable. PET also stays flat over fabric instead of rippling when the box is handled.

Q: Where should the window go on an apparel box?

Front-panel windows work for folded shirts, scarves and baby clothes, while lid windows suit flat-packed items like socks or ties. We place the window away from folds and glue flaps so the box keeps its strength.

Q: Does a window protect garments from dust?

Yes. The film is glued inside the opening, so customers can see color, print and fabric texture without touching the garment, which keeps items clean on retail shelves.

Q: Can the window be a custom shape?

Yes. We can die-cut circles, arches, T-shirt outlines or logo shapes that make the box instantly recognizable.
