Design Files & Customer Artwork

  • Provided files: 72 DPI (low resolution). Higher resolution available on request.
  • Customer artwork: Submit in CMYK format, 300 DPI minimum. We are not responsible for color or quality changes from submitted artwork.

Proofing & Approval

Customers must review and approve final designs. We are not responsible for errors not identified during proofing. Color accuracy cannot be guaranteed without a proof.

Orders & Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at different stages, with applicable fees.
  • No refunds for design services once an order is placed.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

At Theboxzilla.com™, we offer customized products based on client specifications.

  • Report defects or missing items at “support@theboxzilla.com” within 3 business days.
  • Returns for eligible products must be within 70 days of delivery.
  • All sales of custom packaging are final unless an error is made by us.
  • Non-defective returns may incur a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 40%, depending on the product type.
  • Refunds are processed within 10–60 days after receiving the returned product.
  • Customers cover return shipping costs.

Shipping

  • We offer Standard, Priority, and Express shipping.
  • Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur due to volume, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for inspecting packages for damage upon receipt.

Production Terms

  • Color variations: ±5% accepted for large/bulk orders.
  • Quantity variations: ±5% difference from order quantity.
  • Timeline variations: Production/delivery may vary ±10–20 days for large orders.

We observe the following holidays affecting production/shipping:
New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day (July 4), Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

  • We are not liable for indirect, accidental, or consequential damages.
