We use corrugated or rigid boxes with a die-cut insert that holds the mug body and handle in place. The mug cannot rotate or slide, which prevents chips on the rim and cracks at the handle joint.

A standard 11 oz mug fits a box of roughly 4.5 x 4.5 x 4 inches including handle clearance. 15 oz and travel mugs need larger boxes, so we size each box from your mug's exact measurements.

Yes. A die-cut window shows the mug's print or glaze on retail shelves. We place the window away from the handle side so the insert still holds the mug firmly.
