Trademarks and Copyrights

You are solely responsible for the use of content when combined with other images, texts, graphics, or materials in your products. Do not incorporate any image, text style, design, service mark, or copyrighted works of third parties without permission. By placing an order, you warrant that your products do not infringe on any third-party rights and that you have all necessary permissions.

Design File

Design files will be provided at 72 DPI (low resolution). Higher resolution design files are available upon request.

Customer Submitted Artwork

Artwork should be submitted in CMYK format with a minimum of 300 DPI. The Box Zilla is not responsible for color changes due to RGB to CMYK conversions or distorted images caused by customer-provided artwork.

Proofing and Matching

Customers must approve the final design and job specifications. The Box Zilla is not responsible for errors not identified during the proofing process. Color accuracy is not guaranteed without a color match proof.

Indemnity

Customers agree to indemnify and defend The Box Zilla against claims, liability, damages, costs, and expenses arising from a breach of these Terms and Conditions or any suit related to content incorporated into products.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled at different stages, but cancellation fees may apply. The customer service team will provide information on cancellation fees.

Design Orders

No refunds are available for design-related services after an order is successfully placed.

Re-Prints

Customers must report defects or missing items within 3 business days. Returns are accepted for



Restrictions and Refunds

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted for new condition products within 70 days of delivery.
  • Any return or exchange must be communicated within 3 business days of receiving your order.
  • All sales of custom packaging are final due to the unique specifications of each order. Refunds or credits are not issued unless an error is made by The Box Zilla.
  • Non-defective returns may be subject to a restocking fee ranging from 10% to 40% of the product price, depending on the product type and order specifications..
  • Refunds for eligible returns are processed within 10 to 60 days after receiving the returned product.
  • The customer is responsible for mailing back the return package from their own accord.

Order Shipment and Delivery

The Box Zilla offers standard, priority, and express shipping options. Delivery times are estimates, and The Box Zilla is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond its control.

Terms of Production and Order

  1. Colour Variation: According to the standards in the printing industry, color variations up to (±5%) are acceptable for large orders or bulk purchases. There may be slight differences due to changes in printing equipment and materials.
  2. Quantity variation:
    The final quantity delivered for bulk production may differ by ±5% compared to the quantity ordered. This is an accepted industry standard, and it is not considered to be a shortfall or defect.
  3. Variation in Production Timeline:

The estimated delivery and production timelines for high-volume orders may differ by ±10–20 days depending on the production volume, seasonal demand or unforeseeable operational delays.

Holidays

The Box Zilla observes specific holidays, affecting production and shipping schedules.

Damaged and Lost Packagings

Customers are responsible for inspecting packages for damage or missing items. Claims must be filed within 3 business days of order delivery.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Site and its contents are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. The Box Zilla does not guarantee continuous operation or error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

The Box Zilla and its affiliates are not liable for special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or failure to provide ordered products or services.
