Custom vape boxes with insert are retail cartons or rigid boxes that use a die-cut cradle to hold vaping hardware in place. The insert is usually made from paperboard, EVA foam or molded pulp and is cut to the exact outline of the device, so a vape pen, pod kit, disposable vape, 510-thread cartridge, coil pack or e-liquid bottle cannot shift during shipping. Kits often need several cavities in one insert, for example a device, two pods and a USB-C charging cable.
