Q: What shapes can jewelry boxes be produced in?

Beyond squares and rectangles, we produce hexagon, octagon, heart, round (tube), triangle, pillow and fully custom die-cut outlines. Rigid shaped boxes are built from greyboard cut on a CNC table, so even complex curves keep clean, tight corners.

Q: How are inserts fitted inside an unusual shape?

The insert is cut from the same dieline as the box wall, so it follows every angle. We then cut ring slots, earring holes or necklace grooves into EVA foam or flocked card positioned at the visual center of the shape.

Q: Do shaped jewelry boxes cost much more?

A shaped box needs a dedicated cutting die and often hand wrapping of curved edges, so the setup cost is higher than a standard rectangle. On orders of a few hundred pieces the extra cost per box becomes modest.

Q: Can shaped boxes still stack and ship well?

Yes. We check that each shape has a flat base and a lid that sits level, and we can supply a matching corrugated shipper with dividers. Shapes like hearts and hexagons nest well in master cartons.
